Project Description
Our client recently purchased the above property and planned to carry out major refurbishment throughout. During the Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Survey, we identified Asbestos Insulating Board (AIB) soffits on both sides of the property.
The client proceeded with the removal work and upgraded to UPVC soffits. The property is now completely asbestos-free.
