A few months ago, I asked Raf to help with a nursing colleague who needed to provide some adaptations to the home of a disabled client who had sustained serious and life-changing injuries in an accident. The company involved had had negative experiences previously with construction workers, either finding it difficult to obtain an accurate quotation, or in finding reliable builders to carry put the work to a safe and professional standard.

Raf and his colleagues visited the client very quickly to provide a comprehensive quote and schedule of works, and once the work was agreed and funded by the Insurer, the work was carried out to an extremely professional standard. Raf provided regular photographic updates of the work being carried out and the client and my nursing colleague were not only delighted with the finished result, but also reported how easy Raf and his team were to communicate with.

As trust and reliability are so important with the work that I do, I would have no hesitation in using Raf and his team again for any home adaptations for disabled clients.
